通過海綿輥著色后的木材，經本機能使木材表面凹進去的毛孔著色均勻，使木材表面的木紋更清晰、層次感更分明。

設備關鍵部件毛刷根據使用要求，設計成可快速拆裝形式，由軌道滑出，使換裝毛刷方便快捷，方便清洗。

毛刷、輸送二部分由二組各自獨立的控制機構控制，控制機構由電機、減速機、變頻器構成，因此精密度高，穩定性好，調節更靈活。

可選配人機界面、精密自動升降等自動化配置。

使用本機進行擦色可實現自動化生產，提高生產效率，節省人工成本。

機型適用 Application

家具、木門、地板、木板材、MDF板、無機材料板等各種平面板材通過海綿輥著色后，再通過本機對板材表面進行擦色。
